PRJCT-01 · Privacy
S.Y. Music Technology Co., Ltd. (Taiwan company registration no. 60511810, “we”) respects and protects your personal data. This policy explains what we collect on the PRJCT-01 Filum page, how we use it, how long we keep it, and what you can do about it.
When you join the founding list on this page, we collect:
| Item | Required | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Email address | Yes | To tell you when the campaign opens, and the founding price |
| Name | No | How we address you in emails |
| Where you are (Taiwan / outside Taiwan) | Yes (defaults to Taiwan) | To separate shipping and notification order |
| Whether you want to book a session in Taipei | No | To route session invitations |
| Source tag | Automatic | Records only which channel you came from (for example a social platform domain or a campaign code), with nothing that identifies you personally |
We do not collect: national ID numbers, postal addresses, phone numbers, payment or card details. No transaction takes place on this page.
For these three things only:
We do not sell, rent or trade your data to third parties.
Where those providers are based, and where the data actually sits, is in section 4.
Our service providers are outside Taiwan, so your data is stored and processed outside Taiwan:
| Provider | Contracting entity based in | Where the data sits |
|---|---|---|
| MailerLite (list and email) | United States | European Union (data centres in Germany and the Netherlands) |
| Netlify (web hosting) | United States | The region where server access logs are held is not publicly disclosed by the company |
Both providers publish their data protection measures (MailerLite holds ISO/IEC 27001 certification and relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border transfer). You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see section 6.
We keep your data until 24 months after the campaign ends, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. After that we delete it automatically.
Under Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act, you may at any time ask to enquire about, review, copy, supplement, correct, stop the processing of, or delete your personal data.
This page uses no tracking cookies and embeds no advertising pixels. The only thing we record is a source tag when you submit the form (see section 1), and that tag is not written to a cookie.
If this policy changes, we will update it on this page and mark the revision date.
